Growing up in Ukraine during the final years of the Soviet era, my exposure to many ancient philosophical and spiritual traditions was limited. When I was fourteen, someone gave me a small book with a few pages about astrology. It was a simple gift, yet it awakened a lifelong curiosity. I realized there was an entire world of symbols, ancient knowledge, and ways of understanding human experience that I had never encountered before.

Years later, after coming to the United States, I finally had the freedom to explore those traditions more deeply. Sacred geometry, crystals, mythology, and the symbolism found across cultures became an ongoing source of inspiration—not as doctrines to illustrate, but as visual languages that speak to our shared search for meaning.

Today, I create meditative abstract paintings that combine contemporary abstraction with intentional color, layered texture, and natural crystals. My work invites viewers to slow down, reflect, and experience art not only as something to look at, but as something to live with.

Every painting begins with the same sense of wonder I felt as a fourteen-year-old opening a small book that revealed a world I never knew existed.
